Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before the restaurant starts preparing the food.
Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be allowed.
Delayed Delivery
If your order is significantly delayed, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive incorrect or missing items, report the issue within a specified time (e.g., 24 hours).
Refund or replacement will be provided after verification.
Poor Quality Food
If the food quality is not satisfactory, you can request a refund with proper proof (images/videos).
Payment Issues
If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded automatically.
Refund Process

Non-Refundable Cases
