    • Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be allowed.
  • Delayed Delivery
    • If your order is significantly delayed, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
  • Wrong or Missing Items
    • If you receive incorrect or missing items, report the issue within a specified time (e.g., 24 hours).
    • Refund or replacement will be provided after verification.
  • Poor Quality Food
    • If the food quality is not satisfactory, you can request a refund with proper proof (images/videos).
  • Payment Issues
    • If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded automatically.
  • Refund Process
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Cases
    • No refund will be provided for incorrect address or unreachable customer.
    • No refund after successful delivery unless a valid issue is reported.
