Payments may be made using available payment methods such as credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, or cash on delivery.

Orders can only be cancelled before the restaurant starts preparing the food
Cancellation requests made after preparation has started may be denied
We may cancel your order if:
The restaurant is unavailable
The ordered items are out of stock
Delivery is not possible to your location
There is suspected fraud or misuse
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
Payment was charged but the order was not delivered
The wrong order was delivered
The order was cancelled by us or the restaurant
Duplicate payment was made
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. 💳

Restaurants are responsible for their own menu and product information
Actual food appearance may differ from images
We do not guarantee that all information is always complete or error-free

You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible delivery address.
If the address is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible:
Delivery may be delayed
Additional charges may apply
The order may be cancelled without refund
Promotional codes and discounts:
Are valid only for a limited time
May have specific conditions or minimum order values
Cannot be exchanged for cash
May be cancelled or modified at any time
