  • Cancellation requests made after preparation has started may be denied

5.2 Cancellation by Restaurant or Delivery Partner

We may cancel your order if:

  • The restaurant is unavailable

  • The ordered items are out of stock

  • Delivery is not possible to your location

  • There is suspected fraud or misuse

5.3 Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Payment was charged but the order was not delivered

  • The wrong order was delivered

  • The order was cancelled by us or the restaurant

  • Duplicate payment was made

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. 💳


6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Provide false delivery information

  • Misuse coupons, discounts, or promotional offers

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten restaurant staff, delivery partners, or customer support

7. Restaurant and Product Information

We try to ensure that menu items, descriptions, pricing, images, and availability are accurate. However:

  • Restaurants are responsible for their own menu and product information

  • Actual food appearance may differ from images

  • We do not guarantee that all information is always complete or error-free

8. Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible delivery address.

If the address is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible:
